Prepare a Forge, NeoForge, or Fabric server and install a compatible mod set.

In the software library, choose a supported mod loader engine and exact Minecraft version for your project.

Stop the service and download a manual backup of the world and existing configuration files.

Download the matching server side mod JARs and all required dependencies from their official sources.

Upload the JARs to the mods folder using the panel file manager or SFTP connection details.

Start the service and use the console log to find missing dependencies, loader version mismatches, or client only mods.

Give players the exact same Minecraft version, mod loader, and required client mod list before they join.

Only use a mod loader if it is currently available in the NodeFlux software library.

Client only mods do not belong on the server. Server only mods do not always need to be installed by players.

Large modpacks can exceed the RAM or CPU available to a public plan; test with a small player group first.
