Confirm the service uses Paper or Purpur and note its Minecraft version.

Stop the server before changing plugin files.

Download each plugin only from its official project page or a trusted community source.

Upload the plugin JAR to the server plugins folder through the panel file manager or SFTP connection details.

Start the server and read the startup log to confirm the plugin enabled without errors.

Configure the plugin only after it has created its own configuration folder and files.

A plugin is not a Forge, Fabric, or NeoForge mod. Plugin JARs belong in the plugins folder, not mods.

Install one new plugin at a time so an error is easy to identify and undo.
