For FileZilla: Open Site Manager -> New Site -> Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol -> Enter Host, Port, User, Password -> Connect. 4. For WinSCP: Open New Session -> File Protocol: SFTP -> Host name, Port number, User name, Password -> Login. 5. Accept the SSH host key fingerprint prompt on initial connection. 6. Navigate remote server files on the right pane and local files on the left pane to drag and drop uploads. ## Notes - The service SFTP password is unique per service and can be reset from your service panel controls. - Always use SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) rather than unencrypted legacy FTP.
