Point your custom domain (e.g., play.mycommunity.com) to your hosted game servers and web apps. ## Steps 1. Log into your domain registrar control panel (Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.). 2. For Web Apps & Standard Services: create an A record pointing your domain or subdomain to your NodeFlux node IP. 3. For Minecraft Servers on non-standard ports: create an A record (e.g., mc.mydomain.com -> Node IP). 4. Create an SRV record to map default Minecraft port (25565) to your assigned custom port. 5. SRV Record settings: Service: _minecraft, Protocol: _tcp, Name: play, Priority: 0, Weight: 5, Port: , Target: mc.mydomain.com. 6. Save DNS records and allow 5-15 minutes for global DNS propagation. 7. Test joining your server using play.mydomain.com without specifying port numbers. ## Notes - SRV records allow Minecraft players to connect without needing to type custom port numbers after the domain name. - Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud) must be disabled (grey cloud / DNS only) for non-HTTP traffic like Minecraft or Rust.
