Open the manager panel and go to Support Tickets.

Choose the closest department and priority for your issue.

Include service name, node region, expected result, actual result, and recent changes.

Remove tokens, passwords, private IPs, and secrets from logs before sending them.

Discord is useful for community chat, but tickets are better for account specific support.

Screenshots are helpful when they show the exact panel state without exposing private data.
