How to reach NodeFlux support with useful service context.
Steps
- Open the manager panel and go to Support Tickets.
- Choose the closest department and priority for your issue.
- Include service name, node region, expected result, actual result, and recent changes.
- Remove tokens, passwords, private IPs, and secrets from logs before sending them.
Notes
- Discord is useful for community chat, but tickets are better for account specific support.
- Screenshots are helpful when they show the exact panel state without exposing private data.
