Steps
- Deploy a Node.js app/service plan.
- Configure the app to listen on the assigned service port.
- Start the service and test the public endpoint.
- Open a support ticket if custom domain routing is needed later.

- Keep health checks simple so the service starts quickly.
- Use logs to confirm the app is listening on the correct port.
